Management of image dimensions in OpenCart 2.2.0.0

This is how to change image dimensions in OpenCart 2.2.0.0.
The location image dimensions are managed in OpenCart changed in version 2.2.0.0.
They are now controlled from Extensions > Themes > Your theme: Edit
Image dimensions are found under the Images heading.
