Unplanned Server Restart

Issue Details

Start Date & Time (GMT): Tuesday, 18 August, 2014 2039
End Date & Time (GMT): Tuesday, 18 August, 2014 2044

The Cloud One server was affected by a number of the cloud server nodes in the London data centre suffering from high load. Engineers moved the VMs off those hypervisors but they failed to respond following the move and had to be restarted.

Services Affected

All.

Impact

All services including websites and databases were inaccessible for a short time while the VM was moved and restarted.
